This explains what the Print & Wear mobile app collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the app. Our Privacy Policy covers the website.
What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, so we can quote, print and deliver your order.
The artwork you upload or photograph, so we can print it.
Your order history, so you can reorder a past design.
A device notification token, so we can tell you when your proof is ready.
Anonymous usage and crash information, so we can fix what breaks.
Camera and photos
The app asks for camera access only when you choose to photograph artwork, and for photo access only when you pick an image to print. We upload the single image you select.
We do not read your photo library in the background, and we never use your images for anything other than producing your order.
Notifications
We send notifications about your own orders: your proof is ready, your order is printing, your order is out for delivery. We do not send marketing notifications unless you ask us to, and you can turn all of them off in your device settings.
Payment
We never see or store your full card details. Payment is handled by our payment provider or taken as cash on delivery. We keep a record of what you ordered and what it cost.
Who else sees your data
Only the people who have to: our hosting provider, our payment provider, and the courier delivering your order. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
How long we keep it
Order records and the artwork attached to them are kept for seven years, because Lebanese tax rules require us to keep sales records and because customers reorder.
Artwork you uploaded but never ordered is deleted after twelve months.
Deleting your account and your data
Open the app, go to Account, and choose Delete account. On the website, sign in and use Delete account in My Account. Your account, saved designs and unordered artwork are deleted within 30 days — in practice, immediately.
We keep the invoice record of orders you already placed, with your personal details removed from it, because the law requires us to keep sales records. Nothing else is kept.

Children
The app is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
