06 — The details
Questions procurement asks.
Can we order a sample before committing?+
Yes, and we recommend it. There is no minimum order, so one shirt with your real logo on it is a normal order. You see the garment, the colour and the print quality before you place the full run.
Can we mix sizes across the order?+
Yes. Send a sizing sheet and we match it piece by piece. Mixed sizes of the same garment count together toward that garment's tier, so 50 t-shirts across six sizes is still a 50-piece t-shirt order. A different garment on the same order is counted separately, on its own quantity.
Can different departments have different colours?+
Yes. Mixed colours of the same garment are normal and still pool toward that garment's tier. Stock varies by garment, so confirm the colours with us before you pay.
Do you invoice, and do you accept purchase orders?+
Yes. Tell us on the quote and we will set it up. Orders over $500 take a 50% deposit.
How long does a staff order take?+
Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days. That runs from the moment you approve the proof. Tell us your deadline up front and we will say honestly whether it fits our queue.
Can we reorder later and get the same result?+
We keep your artwork and production details on file, so a reorder can stay as consistent as possible with the original run. Garment stock and batches can vary over time, so we will flag anything that has changed before printing.
What artwork do you need from us?+
A vector logo (AI, SVG or PDF) is ideal. A PNG with a transparent background at 300 dpi also prints well. If all you have is a logo off your website, send it and we will tell you whether it will hold up at print size.
