Children grow, shirts go missing, and one pupil always turns up in the wrong colour. So we hold these in stock, print to order, and let you mix every size in a single go.
One published ladder, applied automatically, so a parents committee can work out its numbers before it commits. Sizes and colours of the same garment count together toward its bulk tier. Different garment types are calculated separately. 30 t-shirts and 20 hoodies are not 50 pieces at 18%. The t-shirts earn 10% on their own count, and the hoodies are calculated separately on theirs.
A second print location (back, sleeve or chest) is +$4 per piece. Rush work is +15%, subject to our queue. Sizes and colours of the same garment count together toward its bulk tier. Different garment types are calculated separately.

Can we order a sample before the whole year group?+
Yes, and please do. There is no minimum, so one shirt in your smallest size and one in your largest costs list price and settles sizing before you commit.
Can every pupil have their own name on the shirt?+
Yes. Send the list with the sizing sheet. Individual names take longer to lay out, so send the list as early as you can.
Can different houses have different colours in one order?+
Yes, and colours of the same garment still pool together toward its tier. Confirm the colours with us first — stock varies by garment.
What sizes do you carry for children?+
We stock adult sizes S to XXXL. For younger year groups, tell us the ages and we will advise honestly whether our smallest size will fit before you order.
Do you invoice schools, and do you accept purchase orders?+
Yes to both — tell us on the quote and we will set it up. Orders over $500 take a 50% deposit.
We need them for a fixed date. Can you guarantee it?+
Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days. That runs from proof approval. Tell us the date up front and we will say honestly whether it fits our queue rather than promise and miss it.
Can we reorder for next year’s cohort?+
Yes. We keep the artwork and production details on file, so next year’s shirts can stay as consistent as possible with this year’s. We will flag anything that has changed in stock before printing.
What artwork do you need for a school crest?+
A vector file (AI, SVG or PDF) is ideal; a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background also prints well. If you only have the crest from the school website, send it and we will tell you whether it holds up at print size.
