Ordering
Is there a minimum order?
No. One piece is a real order. Bulk discounts start at 20 pieces.
How long will my order take?
3 to 5 working days from the moment you approve the proof.
Can I mix sizes and colours in one order?
Absolutely. Send a sizing sheet and we match it piece by piece. Sizes and colours of the same garment count together toward that garment's bulk discount. A different garment type on the same order is counted on its own quantity.
Can you print urgent orders?
Often yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your deadline and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
$4 flat anywhere in Lebanon, free on orders of $99 or more. Free pickup from our Beirut workshop by arrangement — tell us on the order.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. Orders over $500 need a 50% deposit.
Printing
Can I print the front and the back?
Yes. A second print location is $4 per piece and you can position each side separately in the design studio.
Will I see my design before it is printed?
Always, free, by WhatsApp or email. Your digital proof shows the intended artwork placement, scale and colour reference on the selected garment. Final printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Nothing touches fabric until you approve it.
Artwork
What file should I send?
A PNG with a transparent background is ideal. PDF, AI and SVG work too, or a 300 dpi JPG at print size.
Is PNG better than JPG?
For anything with a logo or text, yes — PNG keeps a transparent background so the garment colour shows through. JPG files do not support transparency, so any background contained in the image may print unless it is removed first.
Can you remove the background from my artwork?
Usually yes, and for simple images we do it free. Complex cut-outs are quoted first.
I do not have a design. Can you make one?
Yes — send a sketch or a description and our designer will quote you first, usually from $15.
Can I send my artwork on WhatsApp?
Yes. Send the file to 79 188 122 with the garment, colour, size and quantity and we will take it from there.
Bulk & business
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — 10% off from 20 pieces, 18% from 50, 25% from 100. It applies automatically in the cart, per garment: Sizes and colours of the same garment count together toward its bulk tier. Different garment types are calculated separately. 30 t-shirts and 20 hoodies are not 50 pieces at 18%. The t-shirts earn 10% on their own count, and the hoodies are calculated separately on theirs.
Can companies request a quotation?
Yes. Build it yourself on the pricing page and download it as a PDF, or send us the details and we come back the same working day.
Do you take corporate invoices and POs?
Yes. Tell us on the quote form and we will set it up.
Care
How do I wash printed garments?
Inside out, cold wash, no tumble dryer, no ironing on the print.
What if the print comes out wrong?
If it was our mistake, we reprint it free.
