What this page covers
This explains what we collect when you order printed apparel from us, why we hold it, and who else sees it. It describes how we actually operate. It is not legal advice.
What we collect
When you place an order or ask for a quote: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address if you give one, delivery address, what you asked us to print, and the artwork you send us.
When you use the design studio or the quotation builder: your design and your selections are saved in your own browser so you do not lose them. That copy stays on your device until you clear it.
When you simply browse: standard server and analytics information such as pages viewed and approximate location. We do not build advertising profiles of individuals.
Why we hold it
To quote, produce and deliver your order, to send you a proof and get your approval, to answer you afterwards, and to keep your artwork and production details on file so a future order can be reproduced as consistently as possible.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Where enabled, we use analytics and advertising-measurement tools to understand how the website is used and to measure campaign performance. These services may receive information such as device and browser details, page views, referral or campaign information and interactions with the site.
The tools currently in use on this website are: Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools.
We do not intentionally send payment-card details, uploaded artwork files, private design briefs or message contents to advertising or analytics platforms.
The providers of these services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Who else sees it
Our web host, the delivery company that brings your order, and the email service that sends order notifications. They see only what they need to do that job. We do not sell customer data.
Your artwork
We treat the files you send as yours. We use them to produce your order and to reproduce reorders. We do not publish a customer design, a logo or a photograph of finished work without asking you first.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
You may ask us to delete personal information we no longer need to retain, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and operational record-keeping requirements. Deleting your artwork means a later reorder has to start from a new file.
Write to info@printandwearlb.com or message 79 188 122 on WhatsApp. Quote your order number if you have one.
