Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery across Lebanon

Delivery anywhere in Lebanon. $4 flat, free on orders of $99 or more.

Free pickup from our Beirut workshop is available by arrangement — tell us on the order and we will confirm a time.

Turnaround

Standard production takes 3–5 working days from proof approval. Delivery time is additional and depends on location.

Production runs from the moment you approve the proof, not from the moment you enquire. We do not guarantee courier transit times, which are outside our control.

We do not promise a delivery date we cannot control. If you have a fixed deadline — an opening, a match, a graduation — tell us early and we will say honestly whether it fits.

Rush work

Where our queue allows it, we can bring an order forward for a 15% surcharge. It is agreed in writing before production, never added afterwards.

How orders arrive

Bulk orders are sorted and bagged by size. Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery if an item is missing or arrives damaged, and include clear photos where relevant.

Someone needs to be reachable on the phone number you gave us — that is how deliveries actually get completed here.

Delays

If something slips — a stock shortage, a courier problem, a fault we catch in production — we tell you as soon as we know, with the new date.
