What this page covers

These are the terms we work to when you order custom printed apparel from Print & Wear. They describe how we actually operate. They are not legal advice.

Quotes and prices

Prices are in US dollars and include the garment and one printed location. A quotation from our quote builder is an estimate valid for 14 days and is not a tax invoice.

Sizes and colours of the same garment count together toward its bulk tier. Different garment types are calculated separately.

One print location is included. Add a second print location for +$4 per piece.

Placing an order

We confirm what you have ordered in writing before production. Orders above $500 take a 50% deposit.

Payment is cash on delivery unless we have agreed something else with you in writing.

Artwork and proofs

We send a free digital proof showing placement, size and colour on your chosen garment colour. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

Your approval is what we print from. Please check spelling, sizes, colours and placement carefully — an approved proof is the specification for the run.

You confirm that you own the artwork you send us, or have permission to use it. You are responsible for that permission. We will decline a job we believe infringes someone else's rights.

Colours displayed on screens may differ slightly from the final printed result because of screen settings, garment colour and the physical printing process. We match as closely as the process allows and will tell you in advance where a colour is likely to shift.

Production and reorders

Standard production is 3 to 5 working days from proof approval. Rush work is possible at a surcharge, subject to our queue — ask before you rely on it.

We keep your artwork and production details on file so future orders can stay as consistent as possible with the original run.

Designed for repeated washing when the recommended care instructions are followed.

Changes and cancellation

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Whether a cancellation is possible and the refundable amount depend on how far the order has progressed and any design, sourcing or third-party costs already incurred. We will confirm the position with you before production proceeds.

This does not limit any rights that apply under applicable law.
