Bulk Custom Apparel in Lebanon: How Sizes, Colours and Quantities Affect Price

Bulk apparel pricing sounds simple until an order contains three colours, six sizes, T-shirts, hoodies and different artwork locations.
So here is the rule we use.
The rule
Sizes and colours of the same garment count together toward its bulk tier. Different garment types are calculated separately.
That sentence solves most pricing questions.
Example: mixed T-shirt sizes
Imagine you order 5 small, 5 medium, 5 large and 5 XL T-shirts. They are the same garment, so the total T-shirt quantity is 20 and the T-shirt receives the quantity tier that applies to 20 pieces.
The different sizes do not break the quantity apart.
Example: mixed T-shirt colours
Now imagine 10 black T-shirts and 10 white T-shirts. Again, they are the same garment: 20 T-shirts in total, and the colours count together toward that T-shirt’s quantity tier.
Different garments are different calculations
Now imagine 30 T-shirts and 20 hoodies. That is not one 50-piece garment quantity. The T-shirt quantity is 30. The hoodie quantity is 20. Each product receives the tier that applies to its own quantity.
This prevents an order from receiving a larger discount simply because unrelated garment types were added together.
Current bulk tiers
- 20–49 pieces — 10% OFF
- 50–99 pieces — 18% OFF
- 100+ pieces — 25% OFF
Bulk pricing starts at 20 pieces of the same garment. You can model your own quantities on the Pricing page.
What about a second print location?
One standard print location is included in the base product pricing. A second location carries a $4 per-piece production fee.
The calculation rule is: work out the garment quantity, apply the garment’s bulk discount, then add the second-location fee where applicable. The second-location production fee is not itself bulk-discounted.
Does colour change the price?
Colour can affect availability, but choosing multiple colours of the same garment does not automatically create separate quantity tiers. Our core stocked range is available in multiple sizes and colours, subject to current availability.
Should you order extra pieces?
For a company, school, event or sports team, think about whether you may need pieces for new employees, last-minute participants, replacement sizes or late registrations.
Whether ordering extras makes sense depends on the event and budget. Do not buy unnecessary stock just to cross a pricing tier — a lower unit price is not a saving if the extra garments will never be used.
Why a written quote helps
For mixed group orders, the quote should clearly show the garment type, quantity, artwork locations, applicable discount, additional production fees, delivery and final total. That lets you compare the quote with the actual order before production.
Delivery anywhere in Lebanon. $4 flat, free on orders of $99 or more.
