Corporate Uniform Printing in Lebanon: A Practical Ordering Checklist

Printed staff apparel prepared for a company order at Print & Wear

A company apparel order is easier when the decisions are made in the right order. Start with the job the clothing needs to do, then deal with garments, sizes, artwork and quantity.

Here is a practical checklist.

1. Define where the team will wear it

Is the apparel for daily office or retail use, an activation, onboarding, an exhibition, a launch, delivery staff, an internal event or a one-off campaign?

The use case helps determine whether you need a T-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt or another stocked item.

Print & Wear is a custom apparel printer using a standard stocked garment range. We are not positioning standard printed blanks as bespoke tailored corporate uniforms. If you need a product outside the stocked range, ask first and we will confirm whether sourcing is available before quoting.

2. Choose one or two garment options

Giving employees ten completely different choices can make an order harder to manage. For many teams, one core T-shirt and one optional outer layer is easier to size, quote and reorder.

3. Collect sizes before the final quotation

Do not guess a 100-person size breakdown if you can collect actual sizes. A simple staff size sheet reduces exchanges and emergency replacements.

Sizes of the same garment count together toward that garment’s quantity tier.

4. Confirm the colour

Corporate colour consistency matters. First confirm that the garment colour itself is appropriate for the brand, then check that the artwork has enough contrast to stay readable on the selected garment.

Our core stocked range is available in multiple sizes and colours, subject to current availability. Confirm the final quantity before promising a specific garment colour internally.

5. Send the original logo

For company logos, send the original vector artwork whenever available. Avoid screenshots from Instagram, PowerPoint, email signatures or websites unless no better source exists.

A clean source logo makes placement and scaling much easier — our artwork guide explains what to look for.

6. Decide front, back or both

A staff T-shirt may need only a small front logo. An event crew shirt may need a large back identifier.

Decide this before the quotation, because a second print location adds $4 per piece.

7. Use the digital proof

Before the full run, approve the intended logo, spelling, placement, scale and colour reference. Your digital proof shows the intended artwork placement, scale and colour reference on the selected garment. Final printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

8. Consider a sample for larger programmes

If fit, garment feel or management approval matters, ordering a sample before a larger batch can reduce uncertainty. A sample is particularly useful when several people need to approve the uniform.

9. Plan future reorders realistically

Staff change. New employees join. Someone needs another size.

We keep your artwork and production details on file so future orders can stay as consistent as possible with the original run.

Garment batches and stock availability can change, so we do not promise that a future batch will be physically identical in every respect.

10. Give us the actual deadline

“ASAP” is not a production date. Tell us when the garments need to be in your hands.

Standard production takes 3–5 working days from proof approval. Delivery time is additional and depends on location.

If timing is tight, ask before confirming the order.

A good corporate order is boring

That is a compliment. The garment is agreed. Sizes are collected. The logo is correct. The quote is approved. The proof is approved. Production happens. The team gets what was expected.

That is the process we’re aiming for. See the corporate uniform printing page for what we stock and how bulk pricing applies.
